- Job Competency – We incorporate a strict pre-hiring process to review agility, endurance, and medical physical that coincides with the job’s functions and requirements.
- Performance Review – We review HSE performance through internal and third party audits and monitoring trending of incidents reported and performance goals.
- Contingency Planning – We will identify all potential hazards and develop methods, procedures, and communication lines to respond to such hazards if the needs arise.
- Recognizing Achievements – To foster morale and productivity, employees are rewarded for achieving objectives and goals in a safe manner.
